About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist to help drive sales pipeline growth. This role will focus on identifying and engaging CIOs, VPs of IT, and IT Directors, scheduling qualified sales meetings, and supporting the leadership team in developing new business opportunities.
This position starts as part-time but has the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other tools.
- Conduct targeted outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other channels to engage decision-makers.
- Personalize outreach based on prospect activity, shared connections, and industry insights.
- Schedule qualified sales meetings for the leadership team.
- Maintain and update prospect information in HubSpot CRM.
- Utilize MeetAlfred to automate outreach campaigns while ensuring personal engagement.
- Track performance metrics (response rates, meeting conversions, etc.) and optimize strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or B2B outreach (must be able to hit the ground running).
- Strong research skills and ability to identify key decision-makers within companies.
- Excellent written communication skills for crafting engaging messages.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and HubSpot is a plus.
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision and consistently deliver results.
- A goal-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving outreach and meeting targets.
