Construction Resources (CR), a leading provider of specialty building materials, operates using several ERP systems, including Syspro, Stone Profit Systems (SPS), and FloorManager. One of their most critical yet complex processes, known as “The Last Mile,” encompasses the final steps of delivering materials or services to the customer.
Before engaging CelticQA, the Last Mile was a manual, paper-based process that significantly limited scalability, transparency, and customer satisfaction. CR needed a streamlined, automated solution that integrated with all ERP systems to empower drivers and installers through a unified mobile app (DispatchTrack) while enabling managers and administrators to operate via a centralized web platform.
