  • CelticQA supported PGATSS’s strategic IT initiatives by providing the following services and solutions:
  • Led regression testing efforts through multiple sprint cycles and hotfixes.
  • Reviewed existing test cases to identify gaps in test coverage and created test cases to close those gaps.
  • Provided a robust set of automation scripts to test major functional areas.
  • Created regression test suite for manual regression testing that all the teams could use.
  • Communicated testing status to stakeholders helping them to make informed decisions about the project.
  • Processed orders in the order management system for the test team to free up client resources.
  • Performed cross-browser testing and mobile testing on various versions expanding test coverage.
  • Created 476 Regression test cases which required 3 QA resources to test manually over a 5-day period. This was not a sustainable long-term solution in a fast-paced delivery environment.
  • Automated test execution of these major functional areas and the same test coverage is now achieved in approximately 3 hours.
