Our client was looking for a QA partner who could help with testing a complex multi-EMR environment by reducing regression and integration cycles. Improve efficiency and effectiveness of QA processes and procedures. Reduce pressure on internal business teams to conduct testing. Develop a short term and long-term QA roadmap which focuses on robust and scalable processes to ensure consistency in testing of sensitive information.

- Epic thick client data creation (patients, pre-admissions, admissions, and future appointments) which supported Epic integrated testing involving downstream/3rd party systems
- Validation of data in Epic MyChart patient portal application for demographics, visits, and billing
- Validation of clinical data in Cerner HealtheLife patient portal application including allergies, medications, lab results, documents, and provider messages
- Supported manual testing of MyChart/HealtheLife hybrid app across mobile device configurations using BrowserStack
- Implemented an automation framework using Ranorex and automated high-priority regression test cases.
- Created test cases to verify the existing hospital PC builds function with security, MS patches and general updates.
- Led regression testing to validate future changes will not adversely impact the previous functionality.
- Developed a method to prioritize which applications qualify for regression style automation and maintenance.
