Sales Representative


CelticQA Solutions is a leading provider of software quality assurance consulting services to a wide range of industries. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team and help us expand our client base.


  • Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients in the software industry.
  • Understand clients’ business needs and present our services as a solution to their software quality assurance challenges.
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, including tracking leads and sales opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our services.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to create sales collateral and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activity, including revenue forecasts and progress against targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in the software industry, preferably in software quality assurance consulting services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and articulate them to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience using CRM software to track sales activity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
