- Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients in the software industry.
- Understand clients’ business needs and present our services as a solution to their software quality assurance challenges.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, including tracking leads and sales opportunities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our services.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to create sales collateral and campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors.
- Provide regular reports on sales activity, including revenue forecasts and progress against targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in the software industry, preferably in software quality assurance consulting services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and articulate them to non-technical audiences.
- Experience using CRM software to track sales activity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
