The client was implementing claims entry application for a new client. Phase 1 was delivered by the client and they identified some opportunities for improvement. The client brought CelticQA in on Phase 2 and the project was delivered successfully on time, within budget and with Zero critical defects.

- Worked with business SME’s to develop detailed business requirements
- Worked with client to estimate realistic QA durations / tasks for project plan
- Lead QA efforts including management of all QA resources (including client resources)
- Implemented a repeatable / consistent QA process that was used in an iterative development model
- Provided skilled and knowledgeable resources as needed
- Effectively used available test tools for test management and defect tracking (Team Foundation server)
- Executed triple the number of test cases in Phase 2 than were executed in Phase 1 in the same timeframe
- Implemented the project on time; within budget; and with ‘NO’ critical or major issue
